Felisario Cobaruvia : He Could Have Been a Serial Killer in the 1880's?

Felisario Cobaruvia was born Dec 1854 in California. Not much is known about this man, except he killed people.

The only prison record I found:
Inmate: 992
Place: Folsom Prison
Place of Crime:Placer County, CA
Crime: Murder
Received: 31 Dec 1884

The F.B.I. definition of a serial killer is that you have to kill at least three people in a small span of time.

I found a newspaper clipping I posted it below. Says he had murder several times before and escaped from jail.

His last victim was Patrick Muldoon murdered him on 19 Nov 1883 in the woods near Grizzly Bear House, for little money. The remains of the victim were partly burned. He had escaped from custody and hide in the Almaden Mine in Santa Clara, CA Until found by the sheriff and captured in Aug 1884. He hs several murder charges against him in Tuolumine County and others.

In 1900 he is still in Folsom prison according to the 1900 Census Records.

He is on line 5

The only other information I found was his father was born in Mexico and his mother was born in California.

Felisario Cobaruvia was paroled on 28 Jul 1905, I couldn't find any other records or newspaper clipping for him. No census, no marriage, no FAG, nothing, it's like he disappeared.
