Harry Dana Spradlin was born 7 Apr 1891 Oakland, Ca to Charles B Spradlin (1863-1935) and Nancy Maria Sackman (1858-1943).
Harry's Parents. Charles was a gardner for the City Park in Oakland, CA. In October of 1909 their son went missing. Here's the story.
So the strange thing is he gets married 8 Jun 1912 to Sarah McGee. So where was he? Not one article that he was found.
He had a brother Horace Kenneth Spradlin 1898-1914
Where did Harry go and what happen to him, did he leave, was he kidnapped??? So many questions and no answers.
The 1910 census he was back home with his parents and brother.
I did find something interesting in 1910 a missing persons report was issued in Australia for Harry.

Did his family think he was there? I look through all the departing passenger lists and found nothing leaving California in 1909, but he could of traveled to Oregon or Washington also and used an Alias.
I love mysteries and maybe someday a family member will find this tory and fill me in, I am dying to know what he was doing.
