Eva Weber She was born 31 Oct 1902 in Missouri to John Kaiser Weber (1864-1922) and Nina Eva Cole (1866-1904).

She stole $1,500 worth of clothing, Ben Tyre was an owner of a glass business, he must of bought his wife some very expensive clothing and I would imagine there were fur coats and wraps among the stole articles as well.

This was Eva's one and only crime that I found, after she was paroled she was off on a ship  S.S. Monarch in Sep 1933 to Bermuda.



Then in March of 1936 she off to Havana Cuba and in 1940 she took a Christmas trip to Puerto Rio. 

I never found any marriage records for her and she died as Eva Weber on 6 Dec 1987 in Ohio.
