Jesse Rock was born abt 1883 or 1884 in Virginia or Lodi, CA The records I found were conflicting.

Jesse left California after he was discharged i n 1909 and went to Carson City, Nevada where he sold booze to an Indian in 1915 and was sentenced to McNeil Prison in Washington.

Jesse was a porter for the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1917. On the following document he stated both of his parents as deceased.
