Blanche was first married to W. E. Mullikan (1888-1937) Married 3 June 1930.
After her husband's death she married James Robert Yadon (1898-1943) married 30 Jan 1939.
The newspapers do not explain what happened, why she did it. Blanche didn't spend much time locked up. Someone in my Criminal Genealogy group found these newspaper clippings after I had originally posted this post.
Explains a little more and sheds some light on her life.
She died from ruptured appendix, but she had also had,
Tertiary Syphilis.
Tertiary (late) syphilis. About 15 to 30 percent of people infected with syphilis who don't get treatment will develop complications known as tertiary (late) syphilis. In the late stages, the disease may damage your brain, nerves, eyes, heart, blood vessels, liver, bones and joints.
Very sad lonely way to die.
