I found a Huntsville, TX prison record also and I think it might be him as prisoner #106034 for Extortion and Robbery.

I did not find any death record for him, I bet he changed his name when he left prison.

He was very violent against women, WHY? I tried to find more information on his mother but didn't get far. His father was a grocery clerk who did in 1920. I also did not find any divorce records and according to the census records while in prison they state he was married, so she must of stood by her man.

    1. I could understand that, most people want the skelton's left in the closet but they never stay there....Thank you for commenting.

    2. That last article, the Paul Edward Knapp in Texas, is a different person. I believe Paul Enos Knapp (my grandfather) was in prison at that time. My father is(was) Paul Edward Knapp but not the one in your Texas robbery article.
