Andrew J. Stinnett was born Jun 1863 in Texas to Lawrence Whitfield Stinnett (1833-1906) & Serena C Culwell (1843-1890). He married Eva M Dodson 20 Nov 1894 in Oklahoma City, OK....She was previously married to a Mr. Wise and they had a daughter.

He shot his wife through the hand and his step daughter in the left breast, both survived. He was drunk at the time.
I didn't find many documents for him but I did find City directories showing him still with his wife Eva who was a seamstress for the years 1910-1921.
I didn't find any other newspaper articles.
I do not know when or where they died. Andrew was a farmer. There are a couple trees on Ancestry and one does have the 1900 census attached to him where he was in the state prison at that time. I made him a tree and attached the mugshot and newspaper articles so others can attach them to their trees.
