He was married to Helen Leone Martin (1895-1932) there are 2 marriage records for them. First one marrying 1919 in New Jersey, the 2nd one marrying 3 Jan 1922 in Seattle, WA. So they might have divorced and remarried, not too sure what other reason there would be.
In 1920 he was back in Leavenworth again as Inmate #11321 for breaking & Entering a Post Office.
9 Sep 1928 he went to Canada and they deported him not sure why.
12 Sep 1928 he becomes Inmate #10806 Oregon State Prison for burglary and got a 2 year term.
James died 12 July 1954 in Kemmerer, WY. He is buried in the Kemmerer City Cemetery.
