Elsie Amanda Tallman was born 11 Nov 1889 in Kansas to Joel Tallman (1850-1930) & Frances Elizabeth Burns (1859-1930).
She later married Jonathan Wielkens and moved to California. Elsie died 6 July 1958 in Burbank, CA.
Cecil went to England in 1935 I found a passenger list.

Cecil also married again to Mabel Olsen and had two daughters Delphine (he claimed as his she was not his biological daughter but took his last name in 1940). And Delores. Cecil died in Florence, KS in 1969.
Elsie has several trees and I reached out to one letting them know I have her mugshot. I made her a tree and added all this information to it. I hope her life was better with her 2nd husband, but I really want to know is why Cecil left.
