Fred married his next wife Elsie G Hartdgen (1888-1966) 24 Aug 1914, they had two sons.

Fred died 21 Apr 1959 in Little Shasta, CA Florce would died the same year on 5th of December.
Fred was the youngest of 8 children all boys except one.
I didn't find any newspaper articles explaining the Incest charge which didn't surprise the newspapers went through a phase in reporting such matters. There are several trees for him on Ancestry as well as the one I made. Some have his mugshot some do not. There's no story attached to any of the trees.
He lost his first wife and his mother the same year she died 1 April 1914. Must of been heartbroken.
