This article is is Montana conviction from above. I found another newspaper article for 1934 that includes his brother Charles Wesley Taber, I didn't find any records for this crime.

The he becomes Inmate #11424 McNeil Island Federal Prison in Washington State

Inmate #13558 McNeil Island Federal Prison

He gets out of McNeil Island and he is caught again, on more Federal charges.

He was arrested here at his home 208 South 28th St, Billings, MT.

I looked on the National Archives for these records thinking he may have been sent to Leavenworth, but I didn't find any and the McNeil records only go to 1938 on Ancestry.

I found this newspaper article from 1944 in Nevada.

I found a marriage record for 30 Sep 1918 in Perryville, MO to Minnie May Belville, I am not 100% this is him, as I didn't find any other records of them together. There was a daughter Audrey I Taber Born abt 1902.

John Henry Taber died in Jan 1968 in Lovelock, NV. Here is is his obituary.

One would think he had many wives as he lived in many different places, even as a child they moved everywhere, from Missouri to Oklahoma to Montana, Wyoming, Washington and Nevada, just a few I have documentation on. I am sure there where more places.

I would of liked to of known what he died from, maybe a bar fight? Make it more interesting. Guess we'll just have to wait for family to answer that question.
