In 1930 he was a farm hand for his father on the family farm in Shetek, MN. Which currently only has a population of 291 people, 99 families. There is a large State Park in that area called Shetek State Park. It's 35.5 square miles.
6 June 1933 in Stevenson, WA he marries Mary Lou Cherednik (1915-1997).
By the 1940's he is working for the railroad.
15 Oct 1959 he is in the Tulare County Jail in California for robbery.
Inmate #44507 at a Labor Camp for 20 days.
(“Robbery is the felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another, from his person or immediate presence, and against his will, accomplished by means of force or fear.”) Penal Code 213 PC – Robbery; punishment.
John gets into a fatal car accident in November 1959 in Inyo, CA.

The paper labels him as a transient, he was obviously no longer married or with his wife. What a sad why to die and all alone. I did not find any children for him.
He died 28 Nov 1959, I didn't find any Find A Grave Memorial for him.
