After his release from prison, not much is known the 1940 census he has moved and divorced, he is living in Duncan, OK as a Timekeeper and living in the Wells Hotel.

According to the WWII Draft Record he is  1942 living in Mansfield, Louisiana, USA, working for a construction company out of Texas.

He would at some point head west to California to live and die 15 Sep 1970 in Lake Isabella, CA. Beautiful area south of the Sierra.

Bad decisions can ruin lives, lesson learned I am sure. Frank didn't seem to marry again, but his children followed him to California he died in Fresno and his daughter died in Madera, CA. HIs x-wife died in Tennessee and was buried in Oklahoma.
