They would both get 2 years at McNeil Island a Federal Prison.

I found the records but no mugshots.

Their mother Rosalie was married before she married their father. She was married to White Hendricks (1872-) and they had the following children: Jesse Lee Hendricks (1894-1958)and Ruby Hendricks (1897-1958) .

She married John 11 Apr 1903. Her and John Wesley had the following children:

John Delbert Foster
1902–1975
Carl Robert Foster
1905–1963
Clarence A Foster
1908–
Bernice Foster
1911–
Ella L Foster
1913–

After John died she married again to Benjamin Chester Fisk (1881-1959), they had a son Benjamin Chester Fisk Jr. (1919-1969).

Some of the boys were out deer hunting and spotted a mountain lion in Sep 1923.

John Delbert Foster would get into more trouble with the law in 1931 and fail at two marriages.

This is the same crime as the San Quentin not a new one he was transferred then new mugshots were taken and he probably saw the parole board several times. He must of went back to court. I did not find any newspaper clippings, back then they didn't always report these kinds of crimes in the papers.

Carl married Irene Luella Spady (1912-1990) they had a son Robert Carl Foster (1931-2015).

John married Lorene Graham and was divorced 1 Dec 1968. He was married to Isabella Margaret Droesch (1904-1996) they had a son Wallace Wayne Foster (1925-200).

I would like to mention White  Hendricks also had a record. He was their mother's first husband. He was bring liquor to his Indian friends in the Oklahoma Territory and landed in Fort Smith doing a little time.

Carl died 12 Jan 1963 in Oakland,CA and John died 27 Mar 1975 Stanislaus County, CA.
