Dave Jim: A Indian With Troubles

Dave Jim was born about 1879 in perhaps Nevada.

1913 newspaper article about his Manslaughter charge, he was first charged with murder for killing Yee Yong a Chinaman.

1916 his parole was denied

1918 he was paroled, in 1920 he was charged with burglary, I didn't find that newspaper article, but he was charged again with burglary in 1924.

In 1918 he was badly cut in the face and neck by William Corey.

Obviously he survived to go on and commit other crimes.
I didn't find any family information on Dave, Ancestry has no early Nevada Census and Family Search also came up empty.

When I look into his eyes I don't see any anger, I see sadness, and loneliness. I also did not find any death for him in the newspapers or on Ancestry, he was 48 yrs old on his last incarceration, and he seemed to live a dangerous life, I wouldn't imagine he lived much past 1930.
