Very curious case, it may have been mistaken identity, most policemen will tell you eyewitness never get it right, you can have 10 people watch the same thing and you will get 10 different stories. If he was guilty then what happened? He seem genuine with his protest of the crime. The court must of seen something in this man as truthful, for they only sentenced him for 6 months. Most peculiar.
