Richard John McClure was born 26 Nov 1912 in Los Angeles, CA to John H McClure (1861-1919) & Ethel M Bailey (1871-1960).
He was transferred to San Quentin
He was discharged from prison and on parole 14 Apr 1936.
He married Mary Elizabeth Baird 21 Jun 1936 in Yuma, AZ
According to the prison records she was married before to a Mr. Horsey, I found no records to prove this.
By the end of 1936 they would both be tried and sentenced to time in San Quentin.

Three strikes and you're out, he had 2 priors
According to the above he was divorced by 1942 and no children. I didn't find the record. He was paroled 24 Sep 1945, but then revoked, so he must of violated he parole and was returned to prison.
He was transferred to San Quentin 27 Mar 1947
He had already been in Whittier Reform School as Inmate #4674 7 Oct 1925 and was Transferred to Ione Reform School as Inmate #9311 15 Dec 1928 where he escaped 7 Sep 1930 and was returned 10 Sep 1930.
He also had an FBI #265644 a family member could file a Freedom of Information Act to get those records, would be very interesting.
Richards dad died of a heart problem when he was about 7 years old.
Mary Elizabeth Baird was born 25 July 1912 in Wayne, IN to Pearl Baird (1884-1957) & Inez Hollingsworth (1893-1970).
I didn't find any death information on either of them. I wonder what life was like for them after all this.
