Alvin Oscar Arnesen was born 8 Mar 1905 in Chicago, IL to Oscar Arnesen & Selina Magnusson. He was baptized At Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Gardner, IL on 17 Jun 1906.

Alvin was a Radio Engineer he had been working for the FBI. Yep you got it.

He was in Louisiana when California authorities found him and had him extradited.

I found some great detailed newspaper articles, they even gave him a polygraph test (Lie Detector Test) Which he failed.

Alvin died in the prison hospital 21 Jan 1948

He is buried in the Folsom Prison Cemetery,  Photo added by EDHGS.

I found no newspaper articles on his death not even an obituary, but then the prison wouldn't of paid for one. 

He had an FBI File #111117 If a family member wanted to get those records. You would need a Freedom Of Information Act Form.

I think he should should of gotten murder 1st degree, it was a brutal slaying, plus if he had an FBI file he had priors.
