Inez was married to Ernest E Peterson 18 Mar 1894 in Helena, MT they divorced in 1901 and her husband sued ex-senator Henry W Corbett, for $100,000 in damages for alienation of affections.

Inez and Ernest had a son named Raymond E Peterson (1895-1963). It was said she was very devoted to her son.

Inez died 6 March 1960 in Los Angeles, CA.

I don't think she a crazy old women, I think she was smarter than most thought she was. She was greedy, but not crazy.
