Wanda got herself mixed up in some drama between a married couple 1872-1973 in Clovis, NM.
I also found a tragedy in the family, Wanda had a son named Patrick Lee Carter, he was in a horrid accident.
I only found 3 husbands for Wanda Patrick Carter & Kenneth Franklin. She and Kenneth were living in Dowagiac, MI in 1994. Wanda died 1 July 2002 in King, OR. Sh may have had a daughter named Leslie or a sister, some confusion there and no records to resolve this yet.
