Alexander Joseph Hagen (I am not 100% sure of his middle name or birthdate be was born about 1872 in Scotland) Born 3 MAr 1874 in Glasgow, Scotland.

But he isn't released on parole until 1918, so what happened?

After he gets out of prison he starts lecturing, I found some advertisements and newspaper reports from 1920-1953.

I found a WWI Draft Card that maybe him, unfortunately it doesn't say where he was born.

He may have married Flora Krause Abt 1921.

I didn't find out any other genealogy information, but wow what a story. He turned his life around and spoke to hundreds of people about his life and his escape from prison.
