I found the following newspaper articles.
He was released on 24 Sep 1909 and in 1910 he was being convicted of forgery in a Federal Court and was sentenced to Leavenworth federal Prison as Inmate#7063 for 4 years. I didn't find any more information on this young man after that, here are the newspaper articles on him

I am not 100% sure if the counterfeiting one is him. There are many articles for Frank Kelly as it is not an uncommon name. I found one stealing a bicycle and one drunk and so on. But on his prison record it states he was convicted and placed in Leavenworth for Forgery.
What happened to this young man after he left Federal Prison??? Did he get his life together, did he go on to commit more crimes? Guess we may never know.
