Ed died 29 Apr 1928 in the prison hospital. What happened to him? I looked for newspaper articles and I didn't find anything. He was only 40 years old. I did however find his Find A Grave Memorial.

One newspaper clipping said he was a miner and his prison record also states this fact, although one other article says he was a junk dealer, maybe he did both.
