 Kenneth Clyde Johnson was born 24 Feb 1897 in Ornogo, Missouri, to Abraham Lincoln Johnson (1861-1937) & Margaret Hearst (1867-1917).

His pardon was denied. In 1915 his mother work feverishly to free her son. He contracted tuberculosis in his ear and under went surgery while he was in San Quentin Prison.

SO by November 1915 he was back home with his family for Thanksgiving. The article where he wrote a thank you was touching.

I found Kenneth's WWI & WWII Draft Cards





In 1922 he was a fireman & in
1940 he was a plasterer.
He died 28 Oct 1947 in Oakland, CA. I did not find an obituary for him, or a Find A Grave Memorial. 

As for Delia Fox, I found one article
 I believe could be her and this is for 1914 Oakland paper.

This story is really about 2 mother's one who want revenge of some kind for her daughter's lost virtue and the love of a mother for her son.
