This is a bizarre story, not to mention they get married while he was in jail. Yet one newspaper articles says she did all this to cover up the horse thieving .

Charles Griswold was also prosecuted and sentenced.



He found himself in trouble later in life and was convicted again of burglary.

Frank died 9 Feb 1964

Martha and him must of divorced at some point and he married Blanche. It seem that was for the best as he lived out the rest of life with her.
