Here are a few newspaper articles describing her story. She was having an affair with Joseph Silva and they killed her husband, although he claimed he did it alone and she had nothing to do with. He did show up at her house the day the coroner was there looking at the body of her dead husband.

Stella was paroled 27 Apr 1926, she had served 9 years 11 months 

She then was pardoned 24 Jan 1951

Stella would die a free women on 8 Dec 1960

I have no idea what happened to Joe as he was called, there are several Joseph Silva's in the records and I like to make sure it's him before posting anything.  

Sad story, so many lives were touched by what two people did. Those poor children abandoned by there family and split up. That's the heartbreaking part.
