Above are articles on his Murder trial, he killed Isaac Allison & His Wife Catherine Allison according to the headlines. They called it the An Infernal Machine Case.

I am really surprised not to find a prison records for Victor in Montana, but I didn't, I did find a man with the same name in Canada who was placed in jail briefly for asking a cop for a dollar, and he had a sister living in Canada so it might be him.

I found his WWII Draft Card

He had no middle name, my grandmother Dorothy also didn't have a middle name.

Victor lived a long life for being single and running around the country, amazingly.
