Marcelina Titos (Maybe spelled differently) was born abt 1881. In 1916 he was a resident in redwood City, CA.
On 28 of July 1916 he fired 4 bullets from a gun and 3 struck Cardenzia Ardezvoi and one struck a child that was with him.
I didn't find any newspaper articles, I tried different spelling variations. It would be awesome if someone find more out on what had happened. I did try Titus and struck out.
