He was sentenced 5 to 10 years, he was paroled 16 Jul 1928. Not a very good sentence if you ask me. The newspaper article says it was a very serious charge,  although we do not know the whole story as it was not published in the papers, but one could get the court records which would have the testimony of all the witnesses and victim. I wonder if his wife left him?

He was obviously in trouble before this as he had 3 alias.
