Roscoe married twice 9 Oct 1907 Elma Elzada Stephens (1881-1915) they had a child born and died in 1915. Next he married Gladys June Scott (1904-1995) They had a son named James Dean Miller 1936-2001. He was raised by his step-dad according to the 1950 census.

Roscoe died 22 Nov 1954 in Eugene, OR

He seemed to of liked to have a good time and did not work much, His arrest record says he was Pimp. Some of the census records do state farmer as an occupation. 1940 Census he is a fireman, I didn't find him in the 1950 Census.
