He was paroled to 506 Manhattan Bldg. in Kansas City, MO.

He worked as a mechanic. 

There were warrants for him for burglary and larceny and he was sentenced at Danville, IL for those.

Otto had a few alias, Arthur Atkins and Frank Renne. 

     Otto was born 15 Nov 1902 in Whiting, Kanas, to Asher L Aikens (1861-1934) & Rosa Bell Aumiller (1874-1906).

He was married  to Paralee Joan Brown (1908-1974) did not find marriage record. They have a son.

According to the 1930 Census is found at Fort Huston in San Antonio, TX.

1940 Census He is with his wife and son living in Los Angeles, CA, hasn't been working he is 39 Yrs Old.

1950 Census he is a spring maker still with his wife and son in South Los Angeles, CA, he is 46 yrs old.

He died 9 Feb 1985 in California and is buried in Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello, Los Angeles County, CA. With his wife.

According to burial records he was enlisted on 31 May 1919 and discharged on 16 Aug 1922.
