Rito Bargas was born 1887 in Mexico. Unfortunately, I did not find any family information. He had a wife in Mexico; He came to America about 1912.

I found some newspaper articles, Rito and another man named Trinidad Gonsalez killed Frank Amador & Domin Chavez the 5th of July 1915 and were found guilty.

Seems Rito was jealous, he was employed by a Mrs. Chavez and became smitten, his friend Frank Amador was in the carriage with her and her children on their way to a picnic and Rito fired six shots at the carriage killing Frank and one of Mrs. Chavez children, Mrs. Chavez was wounded.
Rito was 28 years old what a waste of a life over something so foolish as jealousy.
