The Carnival Girl was found in East Liverpool, Ohio by an 18-year-old Sam Winters on 3 Jun 1944. She had chestnut hail was between 25-30 years old. about 5'6" tall 125Ibls and had only been dead for about 2 hours. She was wrapped up in two blankets with a clothesline cord wrapped around her body. She had been strangled.
Where the body was found
On 6th of June A Tuesday Dawson Funeral home held a simple service for her and buried her in an unmarked grave in Spring Grove Cemetery.
1500 people showed up at the funeral home to try and identify her, no one did. (I wonder if the killer was among them)?
