Floe Bernard was 28 years old when arrested at Clark County, WA for prostitution or running a brothel.

 I found no records for her other than this jail mugshot. I love the photo.




She looks like a sassy and classy lady, would of loved to of met her. I wonder how well of a business lady she was?

    Floe was probably not her real name which is why you couldn't find anything on her. Also, she might have come from a different part of the Country. I like her look. Wish we could know more about her.

    I did find her in a directory as Floe but nothing else. I wish I could of found out more too..

    Gwen, have you ever heard of Edith Barry, prostitute that lived in Toledo, Ohio in the 1930's. She was charged with harboring the last public enemy #1, Alvin "Creepy" Karpis sometime between 1935 and 1938. I read about her while researching Karpis and saw her name mentioned in a newspaper along with others who harbored him but nothing after that. I don't know what ever became of her.
