Milton A. Pulse was born 15 Jan 1860 in Pearl, Pike, IL, to George Wesley Pulse (1832-1915) and Amanda Josephine Chaplin (1838-1923). Milton was married twice, 4 Aug 1885 he married Adalaide Lozier in Franklin, KS and on 4 Jan 1894 in Kay, OK to Verna Bevis, I found no children.
Milton had a few charges against him one was Perjury and that went through the courts in Fort Smith, Ark. Here are a few of the 30 something documents I found. I attached the rest to him on a tree I made on Ancestry.

He also was charged with burglary and sent to Leavenworth.

Crime: Burglary
Term: 1 year $200

His occupation at this time was carpenter, later he was a farmer.
The above papers do mention perjury.
The last date I found for him was this:
Name Milton A Pulse
Residence Year 1914
Street Address 3844 E 63d
Residence Place Kansas City, Missouri, USA
He was living there alone, no spouse listed.
The 1910 Census he is working as a carpenter again and says he is single.
The 1900 Census his wife Verna is with him, along with a boarder.
The 1880 Census list's him single.
I do have his tree trace back a ways.
It says on his death certificate he was a widower.
He died 19 May 1926 in Kansas City, MO
It's sad that he must of died alone because they didn't know when his birth date was.
