Marie Jones, maiden unknown was born 1867 in Wisconsin and on 4 Oct 1904 she shot her husband and the neighbors came running to see what was the matter and found her with a smoking gun and her husband laying on the floor half dressed and dead.
She became inmate #20514 San Quentin Prison

Her husband was Hugh E Jones who was born July 1863 in Wales, they married 1899 in Salt Lake City, UT, She was married before to a Mr. Brown, and I found nothing more on either of them, I looked through census records and birth and death records and all found was the above documents and Hugh E Jones FAG Memorial #68390633
I hope a family member will tell us more, did they have kids??? Did Marie get married again??? Was Hugh abusive???
