I didn't find out too much about their families, Cloe's parents were Lee Dixon and Eddie, which I am certain is her nickname. They were all living in Texas. I also found a newspaper clipping that might be Cleo in Arizona at age 78 in 1991. He was wanted at one time in Arizona according to his prison records. He the operator of Lincoln Liquors on W. Buckeye Road. Trafficking stolen property, illegally buying food stamps, Allowing rape, robbery and assault to take place on the premises. It's among the highest crime rate in the city of Phoenix.

When I saw Cleo's first mugshot I was really surprised at the harden look he already had at age 21. What happen to him?
Sometime we never find out and sometimes a family member will find my blog post and leave me comment. That makes it all worthwhile, because they want their stories told.
