I haven't found any genealogy documents yet for R.J.L. Woodward. Was he really insane??? I doubt it, most people wouldn't brag about it, but then one never really truly knows.
He was in Mendocino State Hospital I found this record.
It doesn't reveal anything helpful. I have no idea who he was or if he was married had kids or anything else. I made him a tree on Ancestry and will just have to wait for someone to find him and maybe then it will be revealed of who he was.
