Albert tried to kill himself while he was in jail awaiting trail, he slit his throat.

Albert was out on parole by 1902 and he broke his parole by trying to assault a local women who just happened to be married to someone who worked at the prison.

I did not find any records after his parole from prison and then him breaking his parole and going back.

Chief Justice Frank Doster influenced the Governor to release Albert from prison, He makes advanced toward Mrs. Godsey who shots him and wounds him, and her husband Charles Godsey is a prison guard. I this point I am thinking maybe he should just stay in put in prison, he was a model prisoner. It's really sad he worked so hard to learn a trade while locked up and then gets out and does something really stupid. I am pretty there were brothels around he could of went to.
