He is only 13 years old according to the 1900 census he was a prisoner at age 13. It pulls at me hard, with his father being a Minister what did this little boy do that was so bad to put him in prison? I search through newspaper clippings and only found the two below. I want to know what his crime was. He looks scared and id you enlarge the picture you can tell he is crying.
