Tony Miller (if that's even his real name) was born Sep 1882 Wisconsin. He lied about his age saying he was 19 when he was actually 17.
Tony was also arrested for stealing a mans saddle bags and did 60 days in the Sacramento County Jail.
Tony told authorities he was on the battleship the "Oregon" and was at the battle of Santiago and Dewey in Manila Bay. The real Tony Miller saw that statement in the newspaper and came forward saying he was that Tony Miller and this one was lying.
Tony then said he was in the 15th Reg MN and fought in the Philippines, which may also be a lie as I looked for the records and didn't find anything, I also never found any records for a Tony Miller born Sep 1882 in Wisconsin.

So who was Tony Miller? A mystery to be solved. I made him a tree and will continue to work on it. He was a sailor of some sort seeing the uniform he is wearing in his mugshot. I didn't find any other trees with his connection so time will tell sooner or later. Make for a good story. He was so young.
