Fred and Lottie had a little girl named Altheria (1924-1995)in Michigan. They must of divorced by the time she was walking the streets. He married Queen Curley and had 2 more children, Doris Williams (1926-2003) and Edward Williams (1928-1928). Poor baby Edward died of Malnutrition.
I haven any more information on Lottie, I did find a later record that shows her daughter living with Fred and his wife and the rest of the records have Queen as her mother.
Perhaps Fred and Lottie weren't married, I didn't find any marriage or divorce records.
Nonetheless the whole story is so sad.
