I didn't find any criminal records for his brother Herbert but I found lots of newspaper clippings for them both to appear in court all through 1918 & 1919, here's one.
Ray married 23 June 1927 as Ray Bentley to Minna Louise Horstman (1904-1956) They must of divorced because she married Harry H Crawford 6 Nov 1940.
in 1942 Ray was in Denver, CO his WWII Draft Registration has it as his residence. I found no death information for Ray.
Herbert Married Eva Feit 18 Feb 1919 in Seattle, WA. Herbert died 27 Dec 1923 in Seattle, WA. I found no obituary or other articles on his death.
