In his confession in the newspaper for the extortion rap he says he will straight and get a job, well in 1914 he gets another charge.

Inmate: #7115 Washington State Prison
Rec: 1914
Crime: Grand Larceny
Age: 20

I didn't find a newspaper clipping on this crime. It might have been a new charge or it could have been the stolen car and he was transferred from the reformatory school to the prison when he turned 20.

He was affected with syphilis, this was stated on his Nevada prison record. I did not find any family information on him or his brother. There is a Ralph Anson Weaver that was born about the same time in Nebraska but it doesn't mention a brother named Jacob and some dates don't jive with his prison dates, so I am inclined to believe it's not him.

The mugshots of him are an amazing story of how he looked as he grew older.

I wish I had a happy ending for his story.
