He died 4 Sep 1998 in Chalmette, LA.
At age 19 he was working in a butcher shop, 1940 he was working in the shipyard. In 1959 he was a hauler.
Balthazar Frederick's father was a watchman in the shipyards.
Was this Frederick's one and only crime? Did he learn from it? Or was he totally innocent? Hard to tell.
