William Lincoln Parkhill was born 1 Jun 1877 in Connecticut, to John Andrew Parkhill (1852-1904) & Harriet Elizabeth Gould (1854-1933).
I found several newspaper clipping, one is of the victim, Lillie Frank's testimony of the assault.

Reading her testimony was moving, she was a very strong little girl, she even looked right at him and he bowed his head in shame.
When William left prison in 1904 he went to Fitchburg, MA where he met Mary Louise French (1870-1931) and married 11 Nov 1904. She would become his foreman.

William's father died in 1904 in Stockton, CA of assumption.
William would die 25 Sep 1918 in Lowell, MA.
They didn't seem to have any children.
