Marie Pacheco was born about 1891 in Pennsylvania, She was married to Juan Pacheco and did not know his whereabouts in 1914. Marie was an actress. Her mother was Amelia Andrewa who was living in Woodriver, NJ at the time.
Marie was with Alice Page, Mabel Snowden and Fred J. Kelly. The ladies didn't get any time but Fred did.
Fred was born About 1872 in Montana, he was a soldier in 1894 and a barber.

The governor commuted her sentence to a year

Marie was in trouble before in 1913
She came to Montana fro California so I did some digging and I found 2 newspaper articles about a women with the same name and her husband tried to kill her.

Even though the newspaper article has the husband's name as Manuel and her husband on her prison record as Juana, it is possible with more research to see if the go the name wrong and this could be her.
I didn't find any census records. So now we wait and see if a family member has been looking for her. I get lots of comments here on my blog posts and emails from descendants thanking me for my research. Maybe one of hers will show up. Or even Fred's.
