Ernest had priors, he was in Iowa State Prison and Missouri State Prison, I have no idea what for, I did try to search newspaper and didn't find anything.

Ernest was a miner
Ernest died 24 Jul 1938 at about 47 yrs old while in Folsom Prison. He was also buried in the Prison Cemetery.

I did not find out how he died but he would of been in prison 10 years by the time of his death. Did he receive bad news at his parole hearing??? Or was there some other reason, was he sick, killed??
