Below are his 1880 Folsom Prison records. I did not fin his 1903 records which is odd, I tried all his alias.

He was sentenced to death for his 1903 conviction and was hung in Jan 1905 at San Quentin.

Here is what the area looks like today of where he robbed Claus and killed him in the saloon.

Corner of Hamilton Street & 20th Street in San Francisco, CA.

There are some records for a Larry (Lawrence) O'Neill as well as George H Lupton. I did not find any death record or a Find A Grave for him.

His alias were:

Henry Milton

Henry E Mason

G. H. Lupton

I know he was running on the streets of San Francisco with street gang that was burglarizing places in 1878, he was in his 20's.

I made him a tree on Ancestry and attached everything to it. I checked Familysearch and found nothing.

I did find his mug for his burglary conviction for 1878

G.H. Lupton, No. 4561, arr. June 18-1878, Burglary, sent to San Quentin for 1½ years. Arrested again March 16th, 1880. Charge: Murder, sentenced to 14 years. December 22nd, 1903, sentenced to death for the murder of J. Gilesce at 11th & Mission streets and executed in San Quentin prison on January 6th, 1905

The 1900 Census has him as a Prisoner in Folsom Prison under the name of George H Lupton. this is last record I found.
