So What I found out was Harrison wanted to raise his daughter which back then was very unusual. He claimed his wife was running around seeing other men and going to parties and motels and not being a very good influence for their daughter. Here are some more newspaper clippings 1927 & 1928.

In other words she was being sneaking and deceitful.
I hope Harriet learned that her father fought for her, that could of meant everything to her. So after the custody battle Grace won and she remarried to a man who had 2 children.

Harrison also went on and married again to Cora Irene Jeferat (1894-1978) married in 1939 in Sacramento, CA. Harrison was a truck driver during this time.

Harrison would die 7 Aug 1965 in El Dorado, CA,he never had any other children. HIs second wife had been married twice before and had 3 children she brought with her.
